181 SAI YEE STREET is a 21-storey, upscale residential mixed use development locates in the heart of Mong Kok. The architecture of this building symbolizes a new era for the entire neighborhood toward the modernization. The 52 nos. of high quality units provide a vast collection of layouts ranging from 240 sq.ft to 450 sq.ft. catering young professionals and modern families. The Architecture designs with notable combination of materials especially at the crescent shape feature at balconies and seamlessly integrates into the existing urban fabric but yet manifests an unique identity.
