Located in Qianzhen, Kaohsiung, this project stands tall in the sunny port city and overlooks the busy city. The project's name, Fong, means a mountain peak in Chinese. It stands for the grand vision of the designer to set up a new standard for Taiwanese housing design. To solve the problem of inadequate parking space, the six underground floors are designed for the residents to park their vehicles. There are three stories of public facilities to meet the residents’ needs. The glamorous chandelier, which is the centerpiece of the lobby, resonates with the classical design of the ceiling.
