  Mao Guo’s core value “essence (本)” is a combination of “wood (木)” and “one (一)” in Chinese characters, pursuing ways to combine tradition and innovation. With 40 years of outstanding inherited woodworking craftsmanship, they know how to use professional skills and experience to integrate traditional aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. Since Mao Guo has its own carpenter team and factory, they could directly respond to customers’ needs and offer the best design solutions.

The design of the project is based on the classical aesthetics and is infused with some modern flares. The core idea is to establish a livable space that bathes in the poetic beauty of simplicity. The designer started the design with the concept of a modern chic hotel, and added in imageries of passion to decorate the space. The design is completed with sunlight and air introduced into the space, creating a comfortable and cozy living environment. The cabinets and walls form straight lines and sharp angles that are rational and clean.
