  Mao Guo’s core value “essence (本)” is a combination of “wood (木)” and “one (一)” in Chinese characters, pursuing ways to combine tradition and innovation. With 40 years of outstanding inherited woodworking craftsmanship, they know how to use professional skills and experience to integrate traditional aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. Since Mao Guo has its own carpenter team and factory, they could directly respond to customers’ needs and offer the best design solutions.

Inspired by the concept of “Wabi-sabi,” a lifestyle originated from Japanese aesthetics, the designer creates a residence second to none. With help of a 40-year-old craftsmanship experience, the designer portrays the pure, yet extraordinary joy of life, by the colors and luster of wood. Material combinations of darker tones set up a clear and neat space, offering also a great amount of storage space for the residents’ needs. The ingenious spatial arrangement and lighting design adopt an original approach to the scenery of home, making it pure, elegant yet lively and glamorous.
