The tea room of HHC design studio was originally a mezzanine under the stairwell of the building. The space was only 1.7m height, so it was used as a warehouse and became a "forgotten corner". The renovation project is the traditional regeneration of the abandoned warehouse.
The purpose of this renovation is to provide a solution for the reuse of the space with limited height in the building.At the same time, the transformation provides a low-cost and efficient scheme. It only cost no more than 500 US dollars and a week for the transformation.
