For a better life is team+ team’s wish and the reason for its existence. Established in 2005 and registered in both Singapore and Shanghai, team+ design consultant ( Singapore / Shanghai ) is a high-level international design office based in China.

The site is adjacent to the underground, it will be a vibrant regional center with large number of residential, office and business. However, still lack of designed public open space around it.
So, this project designed under 3D landscape garden concept, seeks an antidote to this context by providing: Set up the green trail network; The open garden/platform function space on each floor; through the 3D connection to the flow people to each floor.
