Due to spatial division by a beam that traverses the space in the original building, we have to shape the atrium around more flexibly and dynamically to reduce the massiveness of the vertical view. Finally, we extracted the “water element” from the southern water culture and built the design language of the ceiling, wall, and floor in the space focusing on the symbol of water ripple.
