  A graduate of the University of São Paulo’s School of Architecture and Urbanism, Fernanda Marques’s career is marked by the same conceptual thread that characterized her formative years: integrated exercise of the various disciplines encompassed in a project: construction, interiors, product design, visual communication and landscaping. The projects conceived in her practice combine this trait, the essence of her style - clean and contemporary.

In rather unusual way, the children of the couple of entrepreneurs who own this residence where the ones that guided a significant portion of the interior design project.
In addition to the option for a clean and modern layout, practical and functional solutions permeate the whole 750 square meter area of this house, making it pleasant place for users of all ages. Providing profuse natural lighting and total communication between the internal and external areas, a big glass skin covers the whole of one of the facades, totally independent of the concrete structure.
