The design allows the Bank and tenants to choose either air-conditioned or naturally ventilated space.
The main entrance has a 20m high framed aluminum panels hand beaten by a women's group in Laikipia depicting currency through the ages.
The 8 floor high atria allows for natural ventilation to all levels. Crowned by one of the largest photovoltaic glass roofs in East Africa which generates enough electricity to power the building.
The 2 double-storey Sky Gardens on the upper levels of the façade give sheltered outdoor breakout spaces for tenants to relax, meet and enjoy spectacular views
