  Gongjiu-Design providing professional and diversified spatial planning services, and by way of the well-detailed configuration of sites, hence create custom-made dream homes for many property owners. We adopt the operation mode with the clear division of works in the process of the construct application and the concept of organized team partnership that makes the complex procedure simple and form the craft aesthetics of life after integrating various techniques.

This is a renovation project of a vintage house. In view to challenge the open configuration, we transformed the base structure, moreover, modify the flow, and hence bring about excellent layout. The tray ceiling becomes a striking feature of the space. After discussion with the property owner, we set the contemporary style of the foundation, with the grey hue as the accent color, and make use of deep tinge as the secondary color, further, put a touch of bright color, as well helping each field to stand out the exclusive texture and personality.
