  DC Alliance has four branches with C+D Research Center, Public Building Group, Real Estate Group and Urban Design Center, providing professional services such as architectural design, urban design, urban renovation and related architectural fields. The types of project vary from apartment, villa, community commercial center, office building, hotel of real estate to educational building, industrial park, urban renovation and so on.

The architectural style is Chinese Zen style with far-reaching eaves. Part of the stone and wood decoration restore the rustic charm of Chinese-style houses, giving the building a natural and warm "touch". The exhibition area follows the ancient system and uses modern design techniques, which combines ancient and modern styles and enables people feel calm in the tranquility.
