  • About the interior design firm
Ronnette Riley Architect is recognized for integrating both innovative & traditional materials & methods into intelligent & well-crafted designs. Founded in 1987, the firm has earned a reputation for the vigor of its architectural and interior design work & the rigor of its follow-through. The quality of the firm’s work is reflected in the vitality of its portfolio, its repeat clients & its many awards.

Our client was relocating after 20 years and wanted to re-imagine his salon experience. The former sleek, glass, chrome and lavender salon was organized as a series of rooms, with no views & little natural light. In contrast, the new 6,400sf salon is located at the base of a new supertall with glazed curtain walls, 15’ high ceilings and prime views. The salon is laid out as a bustling great room with visual connections maintained throughout all areas. Custom tables, glazed dividers, metal armatures framing tables with standoff mirrors are complemented with custom bookshelves and displays.
