K11 ECOAST is harbourfront cultural retail and circular economy hub that aligns with the New World Sustainability Vision 2030.

Seven 'rooms' are introduced for overall programme with specific spatial feature which support the internal orientation. For exterior expression, a balance between the readings as a whole with a response to the different condition is established. The skin is permeable, accessible and react to local functions along the facade, which consists of a unified diagrid (stone & recycled material), a collection of exceptions (advertisement and shopfront), & a green belt.
