Artlane aims to rejuvenate an old district in Sai Ying Pun, at the heart of which will stand two residential towers surrounded by urban mural art. One Artlane, the first of the two towers, has been completed, while Two Artlane is currently still under construction. Nearby public areas have been extensively beautified, returning space to the community in the form of a colourful streetscape featuring greenery with resting areas, widened streets, and the regeneration of multiple old buildings and back lanes. Existing stakeholders were given a voice in shaping the site’s redevelopment outcomes.
