This project is located at the heart of Hong Kong near various metro stations. The mega urban renewal project consists of seven sites separated by public streets and lanes. The objective is to revitalise the existing old district and redevelop the sites into one single development. With the beautification of existing streets and lanes and construction of new shops at the podiums, a new and vibrant urban streetscape will be created for the residents and general public. In addition, the towers will be designed with dynamic forms and developed into 3,000 luxurious boutique apartments.
