How to innovate the same old real estate demonstration area? Is it impossible to have both property sales and hip and artistic community life? This is the question that the Sunac Fengyu Lake project faced from the very beginning, seeking newness and change. A lakeside art museum full of temperature is the answer given by Nanning Sunac people. On the edge of Nanning's Wu Xiang Lake, a three-story building with a coffee bar, book bar, art exhibition, and real estate sales, and an attached community square was born.
