  Goodlinks Design is renamed from the former Shih Nan-Ciao Studio established in 1981 in Taiwan. The headquarter was moved to Shanghai in 1998. After 20 years of development, the company's business scope has expanded to a series of services such as land planning, product positioning, architectural design, landscape design, interior design and decoration. And the project type expended from residential to commercial, hospitality and entertainment.

In view of the major issue settlement required by the Owner, including the construction of one more studio, settlement of poor lighting and moisture proof, etc., the Designer Nan Chiao Shih started a competition with space under the condition of original area concerning. He adheres to the principle of “no stoop”. As a result, the layout of five functional areas including living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom has been completed, and the area has been expanded to 94 ㎡, increasing the usable area of 46 ㎡.
