  Spatial Concept is a boutique design studio that combines a wealth of global design experience with a focus on listening to clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations. We have completed major corporate, hospitality and residential projects for a world-class client list throughout the Asia Pacific, United States and United Kingdom. Spatial Concept believes in bespoke design solutions; we tailor made our services to suit clients’ needs.

We aim to create an office with CBRE's culture and vision while telling a different story of HK. Thus, a unique workspace is created with well-balanced between aesthetic, functionality, and wellbeing. People relate HK with skyline, cityscape or Victoria Harbour. In fact, 70% of this city is covered with natural reserves and parks. So, we sought to connect this significant correlation between "City & Park." with "City" being the workspace surrounded by "Park" which are meeting and collaboration areas, reimagining natural elements into architectural detail to CBRE’s new offices.
