COFCO Grand Joy Lanting is a high-rise residential project which is located in high-tech district of Suzhou China.This project covers an area of 72262.9 ㎡ within construction area of 205856.18 ㎡.It's plot ratio of 2.0 meets the governed standard and presents excellent public area up to 37%.
On design of the sales center,we combine modern construction and art with conditional cultural inheritance to present Contemporary Luxury Style.On basis of the design concept of "move"of the wind, a curve of echoes extended to the whole sales center by inside and outside.
