The Fuyang Shuangqingjianglai Sales Center was originally an independent building resembling a luxury hotel. The owner hopes that while the sales center undertakes the pre-sale function, in order to avoid the subsequent sustainable use as a community supporting space, it will bring waste caused by demolition and renovation. Therefore, SUNS DESIGN uses the "smile" design concept to provide the community for future interaction. More possibilities were created, and the vitality of the community was reshaped in a more interesting space.
