Zhen Olympic Complex is located in the Olympic Sports Section of Binjiang District, Hangzhou. It is adjacent to the Hangzhou Olympic Stadium to the north and overlooks the famous Qiantang River. Covering an area of about 145,000 square meters, it has seven high-rise residential buildings and one high-rise apartment, which can accommodate 714 households.The entire site is in a rhombus shape.

The buildings are in a north-south direction and stand around the large central garden, so as to utilize the east-west width and the north-south depth of the site to the maximum.
