The project is located in Tong’an District, Amoy, and is separated from the east side West Coast Avenue by Xixi Bay. The project covers an area of 10,000 m³ and consists of high-rise buildings, villas and small commercial buildings. All the buildings have a good view of the sea.The demonstration area covers an area of 5,000 m³. Except for the parking lot, the rest area will be the actual future residential area.In terms of architecture planning, to meet the value of sea view, there is no parallel connection between the buildings. The angles of the four buildings are different.
