  BAI Design International (BAIDI) was established in London in 2009 as a RIBA Chartered Practice. Our core design philosophy consists of two parts: cultural narrative + technology in symbiosis with nature. We are concerned about the sustainability of the city and hope to continue the regional culture through creativity. Our areas of expertise include: healthcare, culture, resort, and urban planning.

Located in the redevelopment area of Shangrao, the museum is a showcase for sustainable urban development, combining an interactive exhibition, a conference center, a platform for urban planning dialogue and a building technology innovation center, bringing together policy makers, building experts and the general public to develop new ideas for future cities, and to lead the way in the development of building technology. The building as a whole adopts a pre-fabricated construction method and environmentally friendly building materials.
