  CHALLENGE DESIGN (CHALLENGE DESIGN PTE LTD) has been taking "fine DESIGN, professional service" as its tenet since its inception. The types of works he has designed include "commercial complex", "Vacation and villa", "urban residence", "high-end hotel", "cultural architecture" and other projects, which have been praised by the owners and the industry. Now it has become a group company integrating architectural design, urban planning, interior design, timber design and construction.

The design inspiration comes from the local human geography, using the Xiangjiang River as a motif to abstract the commercial flow, creating a rhythmic commercial silhouette and a smooth spatial feel. The building structure is also taken from the local architecture of Hunan, borrowing the intention of the "book" of Yuelu Academy to create a spacious and orderly façade shape, with vertical blocks stacked on top of each other to create a social space for communication and fluidity.
