The project is a sales center renovated from an existing building under many restrictions. The design aims to reshape the spirit of the site and reflect the relationship between the building and the nearby river landscape via a single form.
The original building structure is retained, and transitional space is embedded to enhance the interaction between the architecture and the site and highlight site features. The multi-level spaces combined with the iconic facade symbols help create a more harmonious relationship among the site, architecture and people.
