The designers used deconstruction principles and lightweight materials to create a "floating castle." The building is concentrated on one floor and put up, making its volume look larger and solving tree shelter problems. The design modularized different areas then combined them like building blocks, which can shorten the construction period, save costs and recycle materials. The building has a concrete base and a steel top, easy to assemble. The design produced a personalized light and shadow space with the skin made from glass curtain walls, perforated aluminum panels, and stainless steel.
