How to enter your project

Enter your project using our online 4-step entry form. OPAL is open to entries from all over the world. Projects must be either completed within the last 5 years, under development or can be a conceptual project.

Enter your project in one of the three OPAL Award disciplines:

INTERIOR DESIGN

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, or

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

The OPAL judges collectively evaluate each project weighted on the four criteria of Design Excellence, Practicality & Functionality, Green Design and Creativity & Orginality.

4 easy steps

1. Enter project information

On the first page you will:

Select project discipline and subcategory (one, or several)
Project title, team members, and description
Information about your design firm.
Collaborating firms information, optional

2. Upload project images and supporting material

On page 2 you will:

Upload jpgs/pngs. max 10 images and max 4Mb file size
Project PDF upload, optional
Relevant web links, video links are optional

Please ensure you provide sufficient and persuasive material, making your presentation as convincing as possible. This will enable our esteemed jury panel to make the best possible evaluation of your project.

High-quality images that convincingly represent your project
Multiple angles and views of the project and its immediate surroundings.
Floor plans or site plans.
For restoration or refurbishment projects, please include images before works commenced and after completion

3. Entry preview and payment

On page 3 you will:

See a preview of your entry. Once you have verified all information is correct, you will continue to the last Payment page. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Project entry complete. Access your entry from your account

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and be issued an entry ID. From your accounts page, you can at any time download invoices and manage your entries.
