About the Outstanding Property Award London™

Our mission:
The Outstanding Property Award London™ was created to recognise the efforts of talented international Property developers, Architects and Interior Designers who aim to improve our daily lives with their practical, well-thought-out properties and projects. We reward strategic thinking, and imagination which goes into making a great property. The jury will give projects honoring sustainability or offering innovative solutions to the protection of the environment special consideration.

Farmani Group assembled Outstanding Property Award London to bring attention to the international property industry and promote the winning projects to the prominent audience around the world.

The Farmani Group, established in 1985, is the organiser of International Design Awards (IDA), Architecture Masterprize, Prix de la Photographie in Paris, London International Creative Awards, and the Annual Lucie Awards for Photography, which has emerged as one of the world’s most prestigious photography awards.

Outstanding Property Award London is a UK registered organisation with Companies House.

HOSSEIN FARMANI

Hossein Farmani is a philanthropist, art collector, educator, photographer, curator, editor, and entrepreneur, with a globe-spanning career that began with a deep-rooted passion for art, photography, and design.

Farmani Group, which Hossein founded in the early 1980s, has been leading the way in curating and promoting design and architecture around the world for over two decades, with such renowned architectural and design awards as the European Product Design Awards, the Architecture MasterPrize, and the International Design Awards.

JESPER THOMSEN

Graduating with a Masters degree with distinction from London’s Central St. Martin’s College of Art and Design, Jesper has pursued a long career as a Creative Director in the digital media industry before launching a private art gallery in London’s Knightsbridge. Passionate about interior design and properties, he has in recent years developed a number of residential London properties gaining considerable expertise in the industry. He is also a fine art photographer and jury member of several other design awards.
