The Localiza Labs project retrofitted five 1950s industrial warehouses, addressing structural and roofing issues. It replaced wooden roofs with metal ones featuring isothermal tiles and installed a solar power system, earning LEED Platinum certification for sustainability. The pandemic impacted the progress, but strategies were implemented to overcome material and labor shortages. With a focus on well-being, the project included relaxation areas and collaborative spaces.
