"A restructuring project makes it possible to intensify the strong architectural gesture" - this was the idea for the renovation of the former Peugeot headquarters in the centre of Paris. The project now offers the urban space an exciting 110 metre long façade. However, the project with its 35,000 m² of gross floor area achieves more: neutral office structures and spacious outdoor areas combine to create a living environment. This development also was a major feat for recycling: 5100 tonnes of demolition material were recycled, 80 tonnes were reuse for the conversion of "Grande Armée-live".
