Re-energizing the city fabric in the old district and getting rid of long-standing stereotype of industrial building, project team aims to create sustainable and exquisite building that fits the public’s needs and enhance the efficient use of energy, material and land resources. Precast concrete façade system with aluminum cladding and architectural features is adopted for the benefits of quality, efficiency and versatile aspects. Vertical greenery and planters are provided for shrubs and grass at pedestrian level to enhance public realm and create pleasant walking environment for pedestrians.
