Throughout the redevelopment process, project team aims to create a contemporary living experience in the neighbourhood which utilizes an articulated façade, innovative shading devices, sustainable systems and varied building materials. One of the most notable features of the project is the curved metallic bronze feature that wraps around the podium and extends up the tower's façade. Inspired by the "golden wave," this unique identity symbolizes contemporary living in the district and provides an attractive contrast to the older buildings in the surrounding area.
