Break the encapsulation of an old apartment by introducing the sunlight that sweeps off humidity and darkness. The architectural concrete is the base of a simple and unadorned space, and it preserves the building materials that are covered with traces of the times. Old and new materials complement each other nicely without appearing as a superficial industrial style but with crafted design details to present a layout that embodies work and entertainment.
