    Eng. Mea’ed Al-Aboud ​​ Interior Design degree from Dar Al-Hekma College in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Master of Advanced Studies in Luxury Industry Design from ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland. ​ Member of Saudi Council of Engineers since 2007, and she has chosen to be the best interior designer 2011 and been awarded the International Design award from Los Angeles. Mea’ad's works and achievements have appeared in TVs, magazines and international newspapers.

Residential guest area consists of daily reception room in an islamic style and main reception room decorated with gothic columns, fancy wallpaper, patterned rug, & velvet sofas. Main entrance includes 100 hand-made calligraphy frames (Done by Mea'ad Al-Aboud) for the 99 names of Allah. Dining hall decorated with Dano Royal marble columns and antique mirrors. Dining hall used to display art work such as painting, photography, and sculpture. Toilets area also follow the daily reception room concept. It's elevations covered with pointed arch mirror and mosaic. All the 4 bedrooms are identical.
