  DC Alliance has four branches with C+D Research Center, Public Building Group, Real Estate Group and Urban Design Center, providing professional services such as architectural design, urban design, urban renovation and related architectural fields. The types of project vary from apartment, villa, community commercial center, office building, hotel of real estate to educational building, industrial park, urban renovation and so on.

The base is located in Wuxi Xidong New Town. It sits between the Jiuli River and faces the Haoshan Scenic Area in view. Besides that, it is surrounded by mountains and rivers. In the design of the integration of the essence of Chinese traditional architecture such as the ancient shape, creating ritual sequence, gardening, etc., respect the feelings of the people of the country and shape the courtyard of the oriental villa.
